God, by His word, created the world out of nothing. God made man and woman in His own image, as the crown of creation.
We were created to have fellowship with Him. In our rebellion towards God, we became estranged from our Maker, yet still responsible to Him, thus becoming subject to divine judgement.
God's love for us was so great that He sent His only son, Jesus Christ, to enable us to be restored into a right relationship with Him.
God has disclosed Himself through creation, His written Word and Jesus Christ, the incarnate Word of God.

By the substitutionary death of Jesus, He revealed God's love, removing our guilt and reconciling us to God.
He rose bodily from the grave, victorious over death and the forces of darkness. He ascended to heaven, and sitting at God's right hand, He intercedes for His people and rules as Lord.
